The Master of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies is a two-year program that allows students to graduate with a four-year B.A. and a two-year Master's degree. This program is designed for students who have demonstrated both excellence and interest in Middle Eastern languages, politics, civilization, and history. Students who are accepted into this program are expected to complete one year of M.A. classes alongside their undergraduate classes and continue into a fifth year of study to complete the M.A. degree. These students may take intensive courses in Hebrew, Persian, Turkish, Arabic, Egyptology and Assyriology.
